The 27-year-old German Vinzenz Geiger is one of the best Nordic combined athletes in the world - and is now on the hunt for records with VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports.
Two gold medals at the Olympic Games, a silver medal around his neck, four silver medals at the World Championships, 14 World Cup victories and a total of 38 podium places - DSV star Vinzenz Geiger is one of the most successful Nordic combined athletes of our generation.
MASTERING THE HILL AND TRACK
Born in Oberstdorf, he is regarded as one of the best cross-country skiers on the cross-country track and and he is also able to make up lost ground after the ski jumping competition if needed. In order to show top performances on the ski jump, you must be able to rely 100% on the equipment. That's why we are particularly pleased that Vinzenz Geiger is now part of the VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports team. The 27-year-old will be trusting on ski jumping skis from VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports from the 2024/25 World Cup season and wants to get off to a new start on the hill thanks to the change of equipment.

THE FIRST NORDIC COMBINED ATHLETE IN THE VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports FAMILY
The second German Nordic athlete alongside Andreas Wellinger to work closely with us thanks to our partnership with the DSV ski pool. With the new jumping skis, Vinzenz is not only aiming to secure top results in the World Cup again, but also to contend in the battle for medals at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Trondheim in 2025.

After intensive testing, he is convinced that he can be successful with the new equipment and explains: "Competitive sport is all about further development. After last season, when things didn't go as well as I had hoped on the ski jump, I wanted to change something." He sets out the direction: "With the equipment from VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports, I want to really deliver on the hill again next season with the highlight of the World Championships in Trondheim."
