Terms of Participation, Liability and Media Consent

Participation in this community ride is voluntary and at your own risk.

This is a recreational group activity and not a competitive sporting event. There will be no time tracking and no traffic control measures.

All participants must comply with all applicable traffic laws at all times and adapt their behavior to road, traffic and weather conditions.

Each participant confirms that they are in an appropriate physical condition and that their equipment is suitable and in proper working order. Adequate liability and accident insurance is recommended.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers and any affiliated companies or persons shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Each participant is responsible for any damage they may cause and agrees to indemnify and hold the organizers harmless in this regard.

Participants must follow the instructions of the organizers for safety reasons. Participants may be excluded from the activity in case of non-compliance or for safety reasons.

Photo, video and audio recordings may be made during the event. By participating, each participant agrees that such material in which they are recognizable may be used by the organizers and affiliated companies for documentation and promotional purposes across all media without compensation.

Participants may use their own recordings for private purposes and on their social media channels.
