FREERIDE 98
The FREERIDE 98 172 is an all-terrain / freeride ski ready to take you from first chair corduroy turns to deep in the backcountry. It’s one of Marcel Hirscher’s favorite picks. At 98 mm underfoot it’s sized for maximum versatility, with an impressive performance in a variety of conditions: floaty in powder, grippy on hardpacked snow, super maneuverable in the trees, and stable at speeds. Featuring a tip & tail rocker the FREERIDE 98 is built on the same construction as its bigger brother, the FREERIDE 108, including a poplar wood core, double Titanal and Carbon laminates, full ABS sidewalls, race edges, and a P-Tex race base. Add to that Marcel’s high-end Race Room finish and some other magic touches he won’t talk about and this ski has the potential of being your 1-ski quiver.
